One day when I was worshiping at Crossroads a young lady asked me if she could talk to me... She was one of the Forest Ridge girls that was attending that Sunday with the group . I sat with her and listened to her sad story and watched the tears fall from her eyes... I watched her walk away with her group and I could not think of anything else that day but what we had talked about. She entered my every thought. I could not shake this feeling that God was saying to me " Ann I am watching you" Would I blow it off or would I do something about this group of girls who needed Gods word in their young lives...I called Pastor Jason late at night and shared with him the story of this young woman... and the want I had to start a group called the Motherhood. A group who would give some of their time to these young ladies . Pastor said to me " you go Annie" and I did. We have been at this now for 1 year and are so very blessed . Our first meeting will never be forgotten. The Holy Spirit was with each and everyone of us and we shared such great stories with each other. The Forest Ridge girls are so hungry for the word. When we left that evening I know none of our feet touched the ground as we went to the van... We were as high as Heavens gates. I know God was right there with us ... Thank You Dear God for the young lady who just needed to talk that day in church . For without her need, I would have just gone on my way and never took the challenge to serve my God. ... she definitely is my angel here on earth for making me follow Gods will.
