Special Events Request - online request

Special Event Scheduling:

Would you like to use the church for a special event (wedding, graduation party, etc.)? check the calendar in the office for an opening, fill out this form, and turn it in to the office for approval. Requests, that do not interfere with church activities and are in line with our mission statement and core values, will be taken on a first come basis.

You will be expected to return the building to the condition it was in.

- Chairs must be set in place. (See diagram)

- Dishes washed, dried and put away. ( See listing in the kitchen)

- Lights turned off

- The building will be opened and locked up for you unless other arrangements have been made.

- No Alcohol or smoking will be permitted.

- Contact Karen 362-2793, Marsha 362-7307, or Mary 362,4781, if you have any problems.

- All food must be taken with you. Anything left will be appropriately disposed of.

- The stage must remain in place unless special authorization is given.

- The Nursey, if used, must be clean up.

- There is no charge for the facility. Donations are appreciated.
