Kidzone takes an offering for their two friends from Compassion International that they support. Their giving is enough that it also supports a missionary. His name is Jeba Kumar Aroon.
Jeba writes to the children:
I was born into a nominal christian family in India. My father expired when I was young.
After my father's death, our family faced financial crisis. We lived a life that was filled with difficulties and worries. Seeing all this I did not have any peace in my heart. In order to acquire peace, I indulged in sinful activities.
It was during those days that a pastor came to our village and preached the Gospel. He told me that God loves everybody and because of that He gave His only Son to die on the cross. I asked him to pray for me. After the prayer, I received happiness and peace.
From then on I started attending church services regularly. Eventually I received Jesus as my personal Savior and was baptized in accordance to the Word of God.
As I spent time in His presence, god started calling me to serve Him as a missionary. I also felt burdened in my heart for the lost people. So I decided to study God's Word and enrolled myself in GFA Bible school.
Jeba is single and was born June 10, 1979
